Refund policy
I have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your stamps must be in the same condition that you received them. To start a return, you can contact me at patrick@edelweisspost.com. You are responsible for shipping your return back to me, at your expense.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 18% will apply to all returned orders of $50 or more

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the order is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. If everything checks out, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
